Our Team

Although the technology has changed, for the most part media is still the same. Our aim is to deliver news in a genuinely unique way, providing both quality and personal service. Our team is working diligently -- both day and night -- to change the traditional news paradigm. 


Steve got his start as a freelance photographer and political cartoonist for his weekly hometown newspaper. Then, received a bachelor's degree in art from Millersville University (PA), working for the student newspaper, yearbook and as a radio announcer and station manager for WMSR-AM and WIXQ-FM.

After receiving a Master's degree from Indiana University of PA, he worked in a political communications office within Pennsylvania state government.

Pivoting back into the private sector, Cobaugh worked for 12 years as Senior Editor for Space Age Times, an award-winning magazine and, in the field, as a NASA-accredited reporter and won two international aerospace photography awards.

After that, he spent the next 15 years working for a large news organizations as a field reporter, before founding our company in 2006.

Terrence, a Baltimore native, received a bachelor's degree in Communications from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland and worked as a Production Assistant for a Maryland TV station prior to joining our staff in March, 2008.

His state's rich history led him to become involved in War of 1812 and Civil War reenacting. He also volunteered at several historical sites near Baltimore's Inner Harbor.

Now one of the most veteran staff members, Browning has been DMG's senior broadcast reporter since 2013. Additionally, he is responsible for our agency's web and social media interactions. In 2016, he married Felicity Dyer, a former agency intern.
Jordyn joined the DMG team in March, 2011 after graduating with a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Shenandoah University (VA). 

She then moved to the Charlottesville, VA area and received a Certificate of Public Relations from the University of Virginia's School of Continuing and Professional Studies. While living there, she did volunteer work at two famous local Presidential landmarks -- Monticello and Ashlawn. 

An avid hiker, Lowry has completed about half of the Appalachian Trail -- the 2,200-mile scenic footpath that runs from Maine to Georgia -- and is currently working on a photographic book about her hiking experiences. 
Callie, a native Pennsylvanian, grew up with a family media legacy. Both parents were involved in broadcasting, working for various media outlets around the state -- primarily in radio.

She received a BA in Journalism from the College of Communications at Penn State University and was actively involved in campus broadcasting. Previously, she briefly attended Shippensburg University (PA).

Callie was recruited by DMG in 2011 and was assigned as a field reporter, covering Civil War sesquicentennial events throughout the region. In 2015, she began to specialize in radio production services for our agency and is often referred to as "the voice of DMG." She has been collecting oral histories of World War II veterans and plans to denote her collection to historic organizations.
Cullen was born in Brockville, Ontario, on the United States-Canadian border and received a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Carleton University in Ottawa. This education institution, located in the national capital, has the oldest journalism program in the country and is considered the top training ground for Canada's reporters and other types of communication professionals.

The son of Canadian/American parents, he briefly worked in Toronto before moving to the United States to marry an American in 2012. They reside in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area.

Robertson's international media background has given him a unique journalistic perspective. He is currently training to take on additional roles within our agency.     

Courtney was promoted to a full-time position, effective January 1, 2017. She joined the staff in April, 2015, as a Media Intern, having moved to the York, PA area from Melbourne, Australia.

She is pursuing a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Film, Television and Radio) degree through the online study program of the University of Southern Queensland, Toowoomba, Australia. This innovative program allows for students interested in the artistic and professional use of media broadcasting technologies, to design and create their own studio projects.

Prior to immigrating to the United States, she studied television and film at Monash University in Melbourne and worked as a production assistant at Australian Broadcasting Corporation's Radio National, an AM talk format radio station. 
Madison grew up in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was an honors graduate of her high school in 2015. She relocated to the south-central part of the state in April, 2016, with her parents and has been active in animal welfare and historic preservation.

Madison is currently enrolled with Arizona State University's online program with the goal of receiving a BA in Mass Communications and Media Studies. ASU's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication is considered one of America's premier journalism schools.

Her position within our news agency provides a unique opportunity for studio production training and field assignment experience, while creating broadcast and print news packages that earn academic credit.
